The workshop is developed in three parts:
At the beginning, the participants simulate a society, and a volunteer takes the role of a ruler with an authoritarian style, who dictates orders to the participants to achieve a goal known only to him. The goal is not achieved, participants feel oppressed and demotivated, and productivity is low.
Then, in the second part, the leader changes his leadership style and implements a system that promotes freedom among the participants, who can now act freely and spontaneously to achieve a common goal as a society, with excellent results for all.
At the end, the participants share the lessons learned in the first and second parts of the workshop and discuss how to put them into practice in their society and country.
The educational and social level of the participants doesn’t matter.
After having lived the experiences, participants draw their own conclusions about the benefits of liberty.
A workshop can have between 20 to 50 participants, and one to three workshops can be held simultaneously.
The methodology and learning are universal and can be applied in any country with any idiosyncrasy.
Since participants live intense experiences in the workshop, the learnings stay with them for life.
Participants are encouraged to propose and carry out activities in favor of freedom in their communities.
The workshop can be adapted to the time you assign us of your event.
At the end the participants have a fun time. It also serves as a team building activity.
